Joe didn't say anything I should thank him for I have consistently said he looked good. I am also telling him we are both the same height and about 5% bodyfat at 200lbs yet somehow he thinks he is a bodybuilding god and I look like dogshit. Can someone tell him the UK is a very small place?

As far as Scott again what are you doing to walk again? Drop weight and start training your legs like you life depends on it and you will walk again tell me it isn't possible and don't try and you wont I have no sympathy for that so fuck yes I will kick your walker out from under you if you act like a jackass. Also I had a double date friday night with friends we all went to dinner and go kart racing because the actual races rained out it was fun.

His legs were way ahead but based on the only pic I saw there was no way to gauge his upper body if it is in proportion to his legs then yes but in the pic I saw no idea
