I will give a quick update because I don’t want to interrupt the Bhank lovefest.
After working on the 5 X 5 program that Wes sent me for many weeks, I tried a 1RM with 225 lbs last night to see if I made any progress.
I was able to do 2 full reps. I weighed 141.7 lbs with all my gym equipment, shoes, knee wraps, and weightlifting belt on. The second rep went up easier than the first one. My next goal is a double bodyweight squat (260 at 130 lbs).
Anyway I have to run, it is morning here in Hawaii and I have a busy day.
