Those are deep as hell really you guys go after my squats when you know damn well I have serious knee issues the fact that I am squatting at all is a miracle

they are deep because your legs are giving out... your lower back is doing most of the work.

Hitting the thighs twice a week would likely be better for you if your joints can handle the extra stress.

As far as your knees go...shut the fuck up cry baby.  Don't worry though, your blood pressure will kill you way before you get pinned under that 405 squat.

BTW Brian....I am 196 and my forearms are vascular "as all hell"

I will give a quick update because I don’t want to interrupt the Bhank lovefest.

After working on the 5 X 5 program that Wes sent me for many weeks, I tried a 1RM with 225 lbs last night to see if I made any progress.

I was able to do 2 full reps. I weighed 141.7 lbs with all my gym equipment, shoes, knee wraps, and weightlifting belt on. The second rep went up easier than the first one. My next goal is a double bodyweight squat (260 at 130 lbs).

Anyway I have to run, it is morning here in Hawaii and I have a busy day.

Wes, Walter, Chaos, Mrs. Henda I made a video of me squatting in my Ruth Langmore t-shirt and I will send it to you. Hope you’re doing well.

And I am 215 I was 196 after getting sick with a drastic weight cut I will be 225 again soon enough and still vascular as hell
