Funny I have never done any direct ab training and have great abs. Yours must be insane. Also playing in NO traffic on the national seashore driving down the beach on my motorcycle worked like a charm relaxed me blood pressure perfect this am

Its not impressive for a man BHanks.

Youre just very weak is all... Decent bench, but over-all body-strength is twink-like. A BEAST and a GOD SQ 500+.

I have two surgically repaired knees. I have seen your listed upper body lifts and they are no greater than mine
