I have a 6 pack and I can see veins on my obliques not worried about my end of day food belly at all in the slightest. You guys are looking at a shirt and jumping to conclusions don't worry let me get another week of poolside tanning and I will show you guys the so called belly in all its glory. Your cheat day looks like a snack to me. I wonder what you guys are going to say about my belly when I add another 10lbs in the next 2 weeks because that is what is going to happen the scales have tipped I am blowing up now. Joints feel great starting to increase the weight elbow feels great chest feels good now is the time to grow not worry about a food belly lol it goes from belly to arms in 12 hours. You act like I can't be shredded in 24 hours. I haven' even cocooned yet. Newsflash you have to get food into your body and it has to go through your stomach to do that a full stomach is not the same as having a fat belly. I have said this many times if you have a flat stomach anytime after breakfast you are doing this wrong.

Every meal should be a buffet eat like its your job fuck a sunday cheat day eat from the time you wakeup until you go to bed everyday. My stomach is currently working I am going to eat as much as I can until it doesn't. I have a problem maintaining weight not losing it I will gladly add a massive belly because it will disapear if I skip one fucking meal or sleep overnight its food and fluid not fat. I am shocked GETBIG is still even questioning my ability to get lean in a matter of hours at this point. Right now I am bulking I will reevaluate at 240. If you want to get bigger and be shredded you have to get bigger first you have to get to 230 before you can refine it you want to be a shredded 230 then get to 240 first you have to fatten the cow before you carve off a steak

Dumbell Pullovers - 5ets sixty pounder for fifteen then four sets of twelve with an eighty pounder.

DB Shrugs -3 sets to failure with the eighties

It is just amazing I could add 100lbs and you would claim it was all water you know the human body doesn't work that way yes? Also again vascular calves not holding water not bloated yet no cocoon yet but I am absolutely going to hold more before I hold less. The goal is to grow muscle not stay as lean and dry as possible. Again it's like I am talking to a child who knows nothing about bodybuilding. Even if you never worked out you should know you have to eat to grow basic fucking physics. But sure fine when I am 230lbs+ and my arms are taping 19 again you can tell me it's all water and that I am really only 185lbs and 5 foot 6 whatever makes you feel better I am getting big regarldess what anyone says
