Wakes up weighing one eighty....eats a bushel basket and a bucket of assorted garbage not fit for human consumption.....guzzles down 5 gallons of shitty Gatorade {which sucks by the way Brian}......then continues to ingest afore mentioned garbage like this throughout the day and into the wee hours of the night.....wakes up at three,four,and five AM to check weight,has set alarm clock so as not to miss these vital scheduled weigh-ins.....has gained a few gallons of water and 55 pounds of impacted feces and since the scale has moved he rejoices and takes another fucking video for the trillionth time claiming he`s  building muscle at an alarming rate all the while the old wide waisted gut got bigger than ever and the rest of his messy build is just lean from GH use but coudn`t win him a 5th. place trophy in the "Mr. Old Overshoe" of Maine contest.

After a dozen or more bloody shits  taken throughout the day and night along with projectile vomiting all day,he`s back down to one eighty and repeats his foolproof methods ad nausem much to the dismay of his melting internal organs.

What an inspiration to young novice bodybuilders everywhere.....his methodilogy is groundbreaking and kidney busting.

He`s akin to a live sculpture of a turd done in marble or bronze.

Cant wait to see more daily update pics and videos.....I can hardly contain my excitement.   :D

It is just amazing I could add 100lbs and you would claim it was all water you know the human body doesn't work that way yes? Also again vascular calves not holding water not bloated yet no cocoon yet but I am absolutely going to hold more before I hold less. The goal is to grow muscle not stay as lean and dry as possible. Again it's like I am talking to a child who knows nothing about bodybuilding. Even if you never worked out you should know you have to eat to grow basic fucking physics. But sure fine when I am 230lbs+ and my arms are taping 19 again you can tell me it's all water and that I am really only 185lbs and 5 foot 6 whatever makes you feel better I am getting big regarldess what anyone says

I woke up 219lbs today. My digestive system is actually the best I can recall it being having normal poops no real indigestion or acid reflux kind of amazing actually. I cant even recall the last time I threw up. My elbow also feels good chest is holding up to increased weight knees are feeling good everything is primed now is the time to eat, train, and grow. I get it you guys don't like to eat, train, and grow, I do by all means do whatever you like but I am going to eat, train, and grow.

Also just fyi I am not force feeding that would hurt my hernia. I am just eating what my body demands it is actually hungry. Some days more than others. I don't believe we are supposed to eat the same number of calories everyday or that growth is linear. I absolutely believe we are meant to eat a ton then rest then workout and do it again. When we hunted we might not eat much for 3 days chasing a fuckign animal then we catch it eat it and sleep for 2 days with a full belly before doing it all over. Stop thinking of your eating and diet as a daily thing think weekly monthly etc
