No, I am a crossfitter....I ONLY talk about crossfit.

Yeah...right now i am just a little below 200lbs.  Been eating like shit this week. 

I am probably about 5'9".....you shrink as you get older (I do believe I am about 10 years older than you).   Please do explain the relevance to my scenario on the pull up.  We could apply those things to other lifts you know.  Squat, deadlift, etc.

BWHAHAHA are you kidding hand stand pushups now. Wait wait this is too rich let me tell you about the last guy who bragged about his handstand pushups. Sophomore year of college I was about 205lbs and my training partner was 185lbs he had a roommate who was about 130lbs. This dude claimed he didn't need to lift weights because he did bodyweight exercises and if you couldn't do half a dozen handstand pushups you didn't need to use weights. He even had a navy seals training book he had gotten his ideas from meanwhile yeah he was about 5'8 and 130lbs bwhaha. Shit gets harder as you get heavier I am about 224-225 right now I don't give a fuck if you can do 1000 hand stand pushups.

have you tried doing a width day and thickness day only?

My old coach Hany gave me n FST protocol for a width day and thickness day.
