A forced deload week due to shoulder injury.
Ever injure your shoulder doing legs??  I did  ???
(Old people)

Straining on a heavy squat, something in shoulder popped loudly on MON.

That being said, felt better this AM so I got a light bench day in this AM.

Warmups (many)
Bench - 4 sets (couldn't go past 225 - painful)
Close grip bench - 4 sets
Incline bench (Smith) - 4 sets
D-Bell bench - 4 sets
assisted dips - 4 sets
Capain of Crush gripper (200 lbs) - 4 sets each hand

Felt good to get some blood flow and just go through the session.

Happy US long weekend (Mem Day) to all the Getbiggers (yes, even the libz)   ;D ;)

He is a retired Navy Seal, who does motivational speaking now. He is the guy who does all of the Ironmans and Ultra races. He also held the Guinness record for most pull-ups in 24 hours (4,030)

He is/was a maniac with his dedication and pain thresholds. That is why I would occasionally say that you had a screw loose, because you don't train on the same planet as we all do.

I feel your pain man.Fucked up shoulders is why I quit doing regular back squats. I got a safety squat bar to ease the pain in my damn shoulders

I think reverse grip chins build better curls than BB curls :)
