A forced deload week due to shoulder injury.
Ever injure your shoulder doing legs?? I did

(Old people)
Straining on a heavy squat, something in shoulder popped loudly on MON.
That being said, felt better this AM so I got a light bench day in this AM.
Warmups (many)
Bench - 4 sets (couldn't go past 225 - painful)
Close grip bench - 4 sets
Incline bench (Smith) - 4 sets
D-Bell bench - 4 sets
assisted dips - 4 sets
Capain of Crush gripper (200 lbs) - 4 sets each hand
Felt good to get some blood flow and just go through the session.
