You guys are as bad as personal trainers beating the shit out of their clients then wondering why they never come back you don't need to do 50 exercises a workout. You can change up your volume and rep range vs taking a day off you dont always have to fry your CNS. Consistency is what does the job. You have no idea how heavy I went you take no consideration to how many days in a row I have trained or what might be sore. Making it to the gym and doing something is enough some days. You have to take it easy sometimes to grow. If I do an 1:30 workout I will not grow. I have to take days off just to eat. I lose weight if I train too many days in a row. Putting your focus into doing fewer exercises for more reps and sets allows you to really have the mind muscle connection. When I switch exercises every other set I do not getting the same kind of flex and feel in the muscle. And again I change my workouts all the time. You guys literally list wrist curls and ab crunches like that is part of a legitimate workout. Then claim you are doing more and I don't train hard bullshit. I know what I am doing. Meanwhile half you fuckers didn't even go to the gym today. I did leg extension yesterday and stiff leg deads today I don't have to do them all the same day. I do everythign once a week I am still getting tons of training but on a sore day I do something vs nothing but if you actually look at the reps and sets it is decent volume just not 3 different exercises that all do the same thing

I too believe in periodization and "instinctive training" but seven sets of an isolation excerise with legs like yours just shows you dont truly want it......not willing to dump the sweat.....if Arnold thought like you did in his prime he would have never been Arnold and would have never have had a prime.
You haven`t been blasting your body hard enough to deserve a light day cuz all your days are consistantly light days.
Your quads and back the two biggest bodyparts on most people can and should be able to recover from just a tad more than that amount of pussified shit you called a workout.
Looking through this thread at your posted leg days is laughable....you aren`t hungry unless it`s for ice cream and cake I`m coming after you boy and Hell is coming with me.
