Jammed thumb switching the dumbell one round. 

That shoulder and glute complex was brutal.  After the banded walk I was dreading the RDL.  15yds of banded walk is a lot farther than you think

Yeah, legs extended.  Different position of hands.  I use the z-press to help with my handstand pushups.  Also, working back loading the knee so the strict press wasn't an all out 10.

Alt DB snatches are one of my go to exercises in the 70-100 lb range.   One of the best exercises for explosive power, shoulders, etc I can think of.   Than at the alt DB clean and press at same lb range.

I mean you are still just doing work for work sake it is more of a cardio workout than a weightlifting workout. You can't go as heavy doing that kind of workout. You guys brag about taking short and no rest periods fuck that I will take 3-5 minutes between sets and get my full strength back before another set.
