According to Regan Grimes bio, he has 18" arms and 28" quads. He is also 5'11" tall like Bhanks and weighs between 215 - 225 lbs. I don't see a hint of similarity between the two fellows... maybe I need new glasses. 

One thought is that Bhanks head probably weighs a lot being so oversized and all.
