5 sets - Single arm DB clean and press with 75lb DB - superset with 30's for side lateral raise - Calve raise - 10/10/10
5 sets - DB Snatch - 75 lb DB - superset with bent over laterals w 30's - calve raise - 10/10/10

60 min -
30 sec air runner on medium setting
10 Sumo high pull w 88lb kettlebell

30 sec air runner
Wheelbarrow walk 20 yards on Sorinex roller

30 sec Air Runner
30 sec Jump Rope

30 sec air Runner
10 Kettle bell swings - 88lb

30 sec air Runner
10 Arnold Press with 35lb DB . 

Keep repeating for hour.
