Decided to lift again so did

Chest
10 sets of 12-20 incline db press with 80s.
Forearms
4 sets wrist curls with 115
4 sets reverse grip wrist curls with 45
1 round of wrist roller

Walked 10 miles today.

I use the rogue farmer carry handles.  Traps get lit up with farmer carry.

That row was entirely mental.  You want to quit after the 4th round.

Well I had a 9 hour workshift. I was planning to eat dinner and go to the gym but then right after I got home I got a call that my girlfriend had a flat tire. I then went and changed her tire at this point it was now almost 8pm and I had not eaten since lunch. So I ate dinner and did a short workout at home. Not everyone is single 80 living on a pension some of us have other commitments.

I train as hard and fast and as heavy as I can without any problems.....I just have trouble doing any kind of intense cardio after about 5-6 minutes or so,thus my cardio and weight training serve both purposes as I dont figure on entering any marathons or one hundred yard dash events anytime soon.

Punching a time card? Weren't you working on wall street while being in the military all while being under water holding your breath for 6 minutes intervals?

You snuck one in on a busy hectic day, it beats skipping it completely. (Though surprise rest days on occasion are nice as well).

Tons of normal people work long hours and train 6 days a week and even win contests doing so.....how do you think they eat,pay rent,drive a car,pay billsetc. etc. I`m nowhere near eighty, I`m married and have worked all my life,seven days a week at times for lengthly periods and still hardly ever used to miss a day of training.

If this stopped you from training so hard how are you able to train on other day.....nevermind,I get it you dont actually have a job you just worked doing something on that particular day.

You are in essence retired, and you do collect some sort of cash or have a trust fund cuz we both know you dont have a fucking job and haven`t had one for a long long time...........missed a meal or two of Twinkies too.....weakling.  :D

Nine hours of work is not a busy day it`s an hour over a normal eight hour day that zillions of people do everyday.

Working around a shoulder injury, actually had a decent session.

Cant bench good yet, so I used the Smith-machine.

Flat Bench (Smith)

2 warmups
5 sets of 8 (w/ just 2 plates).

Incline Bench (Smith)

4 sets of 8 (w/ just 2 plates).

Close Grip Bench (Smith)

4 sets of 8 (w/ just 2 plates).

D-Bell Bench

4 sets (light)

Cambered Tricep Floor Press (Like what this guy in the video below is doing)

4 sets of 8

JM Press w/ Barbell

4 sets

Hammer Strength Declines

4 sets

No walking today, pouring out, "Buddy the Dog" is not happy about it. (Yeahhhhhhhh Buddy).

My wife and I walk almost every day if it doesn`t rain....the weather here is terrible almost all the time....summer begin in early September and ends in early September.  :D
