Just finished arms.
I supersetted:
preacher curls and triceps extensions on the hammer strength dual curl/extension machine.
Then ez bar curls and tri ceps extension using the ez bar.
Then alternate dumbbell curls and cable press downs
Then wrist curls / reverse wrist curls.
Lastly I finished off with a few sets of hammer curls just for the fuck of it.
I'll say this: I posted a few pics a few weeks ago and I would've posted some today but im not an aggressive attention whore. I may have gained at least 3 lbs since then. The difference is noticeable.
I cherry picked some advice of different getbiggers (mostly Wes and Mike Arvilla) in the What Did You Eat Yesterday thread and changed up my diet a little bit. What I did was:
Doubled the amount protein shakes.
Changed my fuel source from fats to carbs.
Ive been following a keto diet for years. The fats just melts off but its hard to put on size Changing to carbs.....holy fuck! After one superset my arms were pumped up.
It was a fantastic feeling. Like some one blowing air into my muscles. It was as satisfying as cumming is. As having sex with a woman and coming. Can you imagine how much I was in heaven.?
Seriously though. Following a keto diet served its purpose but I never really achieved a great pump on a keto diet (for obvious reasons) I forgot how fucking good it feels to swell up like that....

FYI....Bhanks. a friendly bit of advice. (Not the wrong advices) , if you're serious and not lying when you say you eat all that garbage and still look good, you might want to closely read that thread i referenced youd double your progress.
