My wife and I walk almost every day if it doesn`t rain....the weather here is terrible almost all the time....summer begin in early September and ends in early September.  :D

Much like Oregon, only colder in the winter. It is 64° F and raining here at the moment. Not supposed to rain for the next 2 hours in Up State NY.

Well I’m focusing on volume lately, lots of reps and sets but not a lot of weight.

I know your thoughts on counting reps already so I will not present those numbers ;D

I did 5 sets of DB bench, 5 sets of CG bench with a 3 sec pause at bottom, 3 sets of viking presses, and two sets of laterals.

Might have mixed in 5 sets of pullups.

Just finished arms.

I supersetted:

preacher curls and triceps extensions on the hammer strength dual curl/extension  machine.

Then ez bar curls and tri ceps extension using the ez bar.

Then alternate dumbbell curls and cable press downs

Then wrist curls / reverse wrist curls.

Lastly I finished off with a few sets of hammer curls just for the fuck of it.

I'll say this: I  posted a few pics a few weeks ago and I  would've posted some today but im not an aggressive attention whore.  I may have gained at least 3 lbs since then.  The difference is noticeable.

I cherry picked some advice of different getbiggers (mostly Wes and Mike Arvilla) in the What Did You Eat Yesterday thread and changed up my diet a little bit. What I did was:

Doubled the amount protein shakes.

Changed my fuel source from fats to carbs.

Ive been following a keto diet for years. The fats just melts off but its hard to put on size  Changing to carbs.....holy fuck! After one superset my arms were pumped up.

It was a fantastic feeling. Like some one blowing air into my muscles. It was as satisfying as cumming is. As having sex with a woman and coming.  Can you imagine how much I was in heaven.?

Seriously though. Following a keto diet served its purpose but I never really achieved a great pump on a keto diet (for obvious reasons) I forgot how fucking good it feels to swell up like that....

So Wes, Mike, and other getbiggers that contributed their advices in the WDYEY thread. Thank You!

FYI....Bhanks. a friendly bit of advice. (Not the wrong advices) , if you're serious and not lying when you say you eat all that garbage and still look good, you might want to closely read that thread i referenced youd double your progress.

Went to Vail, CO and bought a house.

Now having coffee down the street from my hotel and watching some type of tennis tournament with a lot of female college coeds in it.

One thing to mention that gets missed during the heat of summer is vitamin, mineral, water, and electrolyte intake. I’ve found that I need to almost double my daily water intake during the summer months. YMMV!

Depending on location and size of the home, Vail real estate can be either six figures or eight figures.

My purchase was a little further away from the pricey area of town, so it was a six figure buy. I recently sold one of my rental properties I have in the Phoenix suburbs at what I believe is the top of the market. I think the housing market there is in for a 25-30% downward correction. I don’t think Vail will see as much of a change.

In Vail, I don’t think I would be considered to be a “rich” man.

It will cost you a million for a 2 bedroom condo with a 2k monthly condo fee. Cheapest one bedroom last I looked a year ago in Vail is half a million wrong side of highway. I worked there for a season a ling time ago. A one bedroom slipeside of highway is 750k min

Did shoulders and chest yesterday. Just smashed out loads of slow, controlled sets to get a good burn. I should stop browsing on my phone when I'm in the gym. My mate sent me a video of someone in Scotland getting busted wanking in his van, and then fucking Grape Ape made me laugh out loud again with one of his posts. I must have looked like a weirdo.
