Had my son today and was at the beach for hours this am then went to the carnival tonight. Managed to squeeze in 4 sets of pullups and 2 sets of chin-ups weight is down considerably due to not eating as much this week with work. Hoping to get back to training and eating more once I acclimate to the new schedule.

Mostly recovery type stuff I guess. Gym is now 24 hrs, so its 4:45 AM here, and Im leaving now.
Been up since midnight, so just bored...

25 cal echo bike

Legs on FIRE with this.  The rest actually was the sandbag carry.  That echo bike is fucking horrible. 

10 min EMOM
Odd min : 2 legless rope climb to 12'
Even min : 12 GHD situps

First rope climb, no issue.  2nd one is major grip fatigue.  The GHD's were MAJOR interference for legless rope climbs due to having to keep arms in front and keeping abs engaged.  Haven't done legless in a couple of years.

I am fucking starving right now.  Time for some costco mini chocolate chip cookies

Bhanks, is the new job shift work? Is it hard adjusting to working? since you were unemployed for quiet sometime

Also, how will you be able to monitor your gains if you are not weighing you self 3-4 times a day. On a positive note the lack of eating and training will help reduce the 40-42 inch waist.

Hopefully, the work schedule keeps your anorexia in remission.

Superset with
10 sets preacher curl machine
Started at 60lb on each for 60 reps each then went up to full stack on both for 10-15 reps.

5 sets ab coaster 30s
5 sets leg raises 15s

6 sets rotary calf 50-20.

Walked 9 miles.

Machine Leg Press

I warmed up good and stopped each heavier set as soon as I felt my form was less than perfect. As such my lower back did not have any issues. You guys can talk all the shit you want a couple months ago I struggled to get a double with 275lbs and had not tried it since. I am getting stronger. I also did not stall slowly going lower but dropped straight down confidently with speed. I felt good about this workout. I will do leg extension and curls and calves at home later in the week. I plan to use 275 for my working sets going forward.
