Today is my 1-day a week off from weights, but I go anyways and do:
SUN
Off
Cardio
Rev-Hyper (light)
Stretch
Foam Roll
Misc
Mostly recovery type stuff I guess. Gym is now 24 hrs, so its 4:45 AM here, and Im leaving now.
Been up since midnight, so just bored...
