Saw a workout posted somewhere and copied it for fun.
Warmup - airdyne, bands, etc
Then one hour to complete:
Every 2 Min: 5 sets bench x 10, then 5 sets bench x 5, then 5 sets bench x 1 - takes 30 min
5 x giant set every two minutes: pullup x 8, dip x 8, front rack sandbag carry x 90 feet
3 x giant set every two minutes: seated DB press x 10 , 10 situp, standing viking press x 10, 20 flutter kicks
2 x giant set every two minutes: 20 neck curls off bench, 20 overhead flies, 20 tricep press
Took exactly 50 min.
