Do some mobility work for your shoulders prior to training.... your rotator cuff will than you 20 years from know.   Same with your knees

Great.  So when I'm 84 my shoulders will thank me.

Yeah but you have thick obliques & no traps from Crossfit.. very strange considering crossfit people normally do a lot of cleans, cleans & press.  Are you doing some f@ggot exercises with kettlebells for these fat obliques?

Depends on my fat level at the moment - I try to stay at 10-15% BF most times.   I have good traps though.

near the end the right side was dipping down earlier.. but otherwise much improved.

Has the Hernia been fixed? no belt? the 40 inch waist seen below is much improved down to a solid 36.

30 min

6 sets leg press - each set superset w 225 x 10 bench.   Last set was a giant drop set and was skiller

3 sets  - Leg Curls x 10 - Incline Bench DB x 10 w 75

60 min

30 sec walk on air runner
Sled push across gym and back

30 sec walk on air runner -
10x atomix push up on sorinex roller

30 sec walk in air runner
6x 300lb tire flip

30 sec walk on air runner
10 dips


Keep repeating.

Superset with
10 sets of dips pausing top and bottom for as many seconds as what rep it is

5 sets trx curls 20s
Superset with
5 sets of overhead db extensions 70,80,90,100,110s.

Wrist roller for 4 minutes
