I don't use the fucking tanning bed I walked 2 miles on the beach today and yesterday. It's a 100% real tan. The tannign room at the gym isn't even open I sneak in it to take pics post workout for privacy they havent let anyone use it since precovid. My hamstrings are white they would be tan if I used a bed and no you can't see them

Can only wear those when at my own pool and usually just get sun on thighs as I don't really lie on my back to tan not jacked enough to sport the speedo on the beach yet. Back tan is from my walks

I figured it out...you squat with a narrow ass stance so your belly hits your legs before you can get to 90 degrees. Open your feet and you will be able to sit back into the squat instead of a modified, quad assisted good morning.

I may try widening the stance in an attempt to get lower Henda really had great form but I am shoulder width which seems natural to me will get lower next couple weeks as I will stay at 275 for my working sets but strength will continue to climb. I see powerlifter using ridiculous wide stances to reduce their range of motion getting to 90. I am pretty close to 90 in my stance some reps are def 90 but henda is crazy low. By all means post a video and show us how it is done if you are such an expert

No HGH an for fuck sake I have had anemia medication for 2 days give it some time also it was 8 reps and was 5 last week will work on form for a couple weeks before moving up

what are the benefits of ass to grass squats?? I think i read some years ago that the lower you go the stress on the patella is spread out more evenly. Everyone used to say squat to 90 no lower, knees not over toes..etc.
I think myself that people need to do what is best for their own body.

It's actually really strange my digestion has been excellent and despite Matt fears of what people who eat over 1500 calories do I have not been using the restroom much at all and when I do it's a normal poop I havent even had to get up much at night to pee much less poop. No blood no diarrhea no gas no bloating feel kind of great

None of the squats in your video were even to 90, let alone below 90. Henda showed you how to do it, lighten your load and follow his lead.

Okay sorry. Your earlier post wasn't clear to me. I read into it that you only use the tanning beds when you take photos as meaning to top off and even out your tan. What I wasn't doing was ragging on you about using a tanning bed which would be hypocritical of me since up until COVID I tanned at Tan Republic where I paid about $85 monthly for unlimited visits using the higher priced beds.

The package I had also included red light therapy which I used to offset the ill effects of UV rays and for general healing. Red light therapy might help you with some of your health issues. You should check into it.
Why hasn’t the gym reopened them yet? Tan Republic has been in operation from quite a while here. If they disinfect the beds between customers, there should be no health issues.

I practically grew up on the beach. When I was a kid, in good weather that’s were you’d find me and my mom every day. We lived on Nantucket when I was an infant. I already had a ridiculously dark tan. Later in my childhood, we lived near the beach in California, plus we had a pool. Frankly, I’m surprised I don’t have skin cancer. Just went to the dermatologist today and got a clean bill of health once again.
