Hankins, how the fuck do you not feel like complete shit with numbers that high? I know that thing is obviously off or else you would be dead but had to be somewhat high, I always felt like crap with bp around 150/85. When you workout do you feel shitty?

Thanks Wes. I’ve been doing a ton of them lately prob 3 days a week and the numbers keep getting higher and higher. You just started them again correct? The cardio for chins/pull ups is crazy.

Yeah I haven`t done them in years.

I used to knock out 20 reps easy whether they were in my routine or not.....but I was just a tiny tad lighter in bodyweight than you are.  LOL  ;D
