I'm also noticing the filled-in 'punch-holes' where he's had to release the pain of his doggy-style anal-pounding by smashing his knuckles into that cheap chip-board and plaster wall.  Then filled the damage in as cheaply as possible with a pot and scraper kit...

Haha I never noticed the flashlight or the holes punched in the plasterboard. Pumpster once posted that a passer by asked if he was an ifbb pro haha

Wes how is that hitting each body part twice a week feeling? I know that you know many years ago that was the norm

I think he works out but don´t believe he works out with any real high intensity. maybe 20+ years ago he worked out like you wrote but now it´s just fantasy in his head. supersets pumping sets with no real weight or intensity. If his physique was so outstanding he would show us but he never will...

Cook,I`m loving it so far......feel really good, and recuperating nicely as well.....so far anyway.

Been adding poundage to most movements lately as I am constantly attempting to ramp things up on a consistent basis as I get into better condition....I do this in stages of course never at the expense of good form....still pushing as hard as possible and loving it, I feel like a kid again after all that time off, I forgot how good being in shape actually feels.

Lateral Raises - 3 sets {as soon as I hit failure I picked up a heavier pair of dumbells and did partials to failure}
Bent-Over Laterals - 3 sets
Super-Set:
{Alternate DB Curls - 6 sets
{Seated Barbell French Press - 6 sets
Super-Set:
{Wrist Curls - 3 sets
{Wrist Roller - 3 sets {hadn`t used one of these in years....my forearm extensors were fucking screaming}
