Nothing noteworthy worth listing still training still a fucking scrawny twink. Very annoyingly though noticed toddy the body part I never trained and still don’t train is the one that’s started coming back before anything else has and it’s the most irrelevant one of all the fucking calves

Still down in size but vascularity and a bit size returned arms not so much most veins still missing

Those aren`t calves, those are cows!!  :D

Henda is back on track like a champ.

Calf raises 3 sets of 25
Will train quads after lunch and hopefully be back squatting in the gym next week ankle is actually still swollen and painful from godamn stingray attack this weekend

Incline DB Press - 4 sets  {I set the bench at 30 degrees for more emphasis on the chest as opposed to front delts}
Incline DB Flyes -  4 sets {I set the bench at 30 degrees for more emphasis on the chest as opposed to front delts}
One-Arm DB Rows -  4 sets
DB Pullover -  4 sets
Lying Neck Plate Raise -  3 sets
Roman - Chair Situps -  3 sets

Went up in weight in all movements, form was impeccable, and rested about 60-90 seconds between sets......my strength is good right now especially compared to how pathetic it was when I started back after my 5 year layoff.   :-[

Measured my neck cold for laughs and it was at 17 + 1/2 inches....not bad for a skinny pencil neck white boy.   :D

You’ll be back in no time.I would say don’t overdo it just let the strength and conditioning come back at it’s own pace.

Thank you cook my friend I try and say I’ll take it easy but can’t help self but try and live life exactly as I did if anything it lit a bit of a fire to try and do better in work and training than have did before

Hahaha I am a hairy fucker mate I remove it from back delts and upper arms and the bits of my chest hair that have turned grey (most of it now haha) but can’t be bothered to do anything with the hair anywhere else

3 light warmup sets of 25 and 3 heavier working sets of 20 did hams and calves earlier in the day although calves was hurting my stingray ankle sting so didn't do as many as planned

More volume needed for hypertrophy if that is the only quad exercise you do.
