This guy totally pulled himself apart until his mind knew nothing in less than an hour. That was easy.

I was posting between sets at 5:22. I completed my workout in aboit am hour.  Would you prefer I watch tik tol between sets?

You are on growth hormone, anadrol, 500 mg of testosterone and have been for over three years straight without a break.

You can barely squat 315 without falling apart. On that much gear

Have you thought about maybe cleaning yourself out?

2 sets 10 narrow grip  cable rows
2 sets 15 ezcurl barbell curls
2 sets 8 dumbell curls

Was in pool for 4 hours with kids swam crazy laps no walking today.

223.4 today. Would like to come down to 210.

You have no idea what I do. I change things up all the time. You are not supposed  to come off TRT that is the entire concept. Also that was literally  my first seasion back in the gym after being out for a month with Covid. Maybe instead of telling me what I should do you should start askign what you should do I know damn well you aint in no kind of shape

Well when you are doing 500 mg of testosterone a week that’s not TRT. That’s a full fledged cycle and yes, you need to come off.

So, you are on 500 mg of TRT 5-10 years straight?

245 x 6 in the squat at a claimed 230 lb bodyweight on a full blown steroid stack is…..
