Was in pool for 4 hours with kids swam crazy laps no walking today.

223.4 today. Would like to come down to 210.

On its own, nothing.

But it does not feel to be the kind of workout that accomplishes this:

Looking big Hankins.

I believe where the weight might look different is Hankins is leaner and denser than I. I am softer. Also he has bigger shoulders and forearms than me. I imagine if I was as lean as Hankins I would prob weigh 195-200.

I have around 20lb to lose
I have gained back the mass I lost through inactivity already and am now going to slowly dial it in

I know the majority of that post wont make sense to you bearing in mind you know jack shit about bodybuilding, but there are others reading.

Always got an excuse....it kicks my ass to train because I have COPD....but I still hardly rest between sets.

I know before you say it, I did it to myself and I did, but it`s still real and I hardly ever mention it so pull up your skirt.
