warm up 10 min with various laterals

standing push press on smith machine.... 4 sets 6-12 reps

side lateral db ....4 drop sets to failure ,, started w 40lbs

rear delt machine.... 4 sets 10-12 reps

db upright row 4 sets x 12 reps 45lb

15 min warm up

30 min - 12 sets

6x DB snatch - superset w lateral raise or bent over lateral raise

6 x DB clean and press - superset w lateral raise or bent over lateral raise


30 min - Assault bike - \

30 sec bike
4 x - burpee + 60lb med ball throw

30 sec bike
5 x Full body DB complex w 25lb DBS


30 min -  weighted vest (30lbs)
2 mile walk at 15 min pace. 

4 weeks out.

Yeah I really think walking is the best way to get in shape you dont need to run just walk everyday

5 sets hanging leg raises

5 sets ab roller


Tried something new today for chest and did 8 sets of high to low cable crossover and my chest looked better than it has in a long time and the pump was insane.I’m gonna dump pressing for a while and focus on these.

Thanks Rob just trying to be in shape and work on my flaws while staying healthy and injury free. I mean it would ne nice to get to 300lbs but if I can just be in shape at 225lbs that aint so bad. Reallt hoping to continue to bring up my lagging bodyparts this next year

straight arm pulldowns 4 sets
1 arm machine rows 4 sets
4 sets close grip pulldowns

Low back felt tight today
Lots of stretching and lying rotations

Will weigh in in the am after first week of diet
Felt fine this week, probably about a 5lb drop

I ain't jogging nowhere for nothing but 45lbs is a decent ruck weight for a hike

Nah, I wasn't really training with any intensity in the gym. Just getting a burn with lots of volume and mainly using machines. Was a bit of a gay workout but there was a bunch of hot women around so I took my time and enjoyed the view.
