My best lifts and no their not on video but I don`t lie.....not INCREDIBLE.....but credible.
Bench Press- 300 weighing 150 = double bodyweight......three 5 mg. CIBA D-Bol pills per day until bottle was gone.
225-20 then a single with 315 weighing about 132 pounds.....first time I ever hit 315 and first time I ever did 225-20.....was also clean on these.....both done in one workout.
Squat...below parallel - 405 weighing about 160-165

I was on a minimal amount of gear on all lifts................... never used a ton of shit,loved to train hard and eat like a Spartan just because I could.
