We have a guy, who basically does every single-exercise wrong.
On the Hammer chest-press for example. He'll put 4-plates a side, then turn sideways, bury himself way-back into the machine, almost cornered.
With the free-hand he holds onto the frame, basically pulling himself FWD w/ that free-hand, while doing 1-inch "reps" with the other hand, plus he bounces it off the bottom.
(Hammer machines have those rubber-pads for when the machine rests in the down position).
Its hilarious...
