Cable curls: 4 sets
Hammer curls: 3 sets

Triceps:

One arm pressdowns: 5 sets
Overhead rope extensions: 4 sets

I have a training log.....check it out......way more volume the first three days of the week.......not at all like the kid shit you do......not even remotely close....Christ you have no idea how to even design a workout.

Training everything twice a week means cutting down on volume or I would never recover and I`d be overtraining.....even you were smart enough to mention this when I stated I was gonna` train every bodypart twice a week.

You do no heavy result producing exercises at all.....ever do a barbell row.....doubtful cuz it`s too much like work.

Are you training each bodypart twice weekly....no,you`re lucky to train once a week.

You have no need for all that recovery time you mentioned with the wussy workouts you do.

The day I copy you it will be a cold day in Hell Mr. Four Last Place Medals.

Wait until contest day,you`ll eat crow instead of fast food...............amatu er.

Thats a great idea. Im gonna steal that and try it out. Im always right on the line of being overtrained and training not quite enough.  This really seems like a solution to that problem.

6 sets - DB snatch  - calf raises
6 sets - DB clean and press - calf raises
3 sets - DB lateral raise x 10 - calf raises

30 sec air bike at 20 cal/min pace
10 KB swings
