there is no squat rack or flat bench no actual barbells other than ones in smith machine and dumbells onlt go to 75lbs as such I am doing something different for a couple weeks I have done and will do plenty of free weights in my life 3 weeks of high eep machines isnt going to hurt me wilk be good for my tendons if anything

You haven’t  measured your arms in over a year on video. If your arms are anything like your legs they have Surely regressed.

14 inch neck and 16 inch arms. Not bad measurements for somebody who’s on 500 mg of testosterone a week for over 10 years.

I forgot that training as hard as you do really taxes the tendons.....my bad bro.....keep being a drug relying garbage swilling wuss,it`s working well for you.

BUT you could have rowed with the 75 pounders and also used one for pullovers, and did shrugs and rows in the Smith Machine also.....you`re a pansy in the gym,just admit it don`t be ashamed......embrace the wuss in you warrior!!

Thanks Cook,I`m gonna` have to buy more plates really soon......those weights are nothing compared to when I was younger.

I don`t see myself training super heavy again as there is really no need to get hurt at 67 years of age but I will be going heavier than that.....been under a year since I started back after missing 5 whole years.....my first chest workout was 5 shaky pushups and I barely got the last one.......so I`ve come quite a way thus far.  LOL  ;D

Thanks Wes trying to motivate to the gym was up until midnight last night then worked Hard all day. Do not have scale with me this week or last just eating and lifting not worried about the weight but have been eating and lifting a lot
