its cool your wrong the reason they don’t look that big is because I am 511 and I have longs arms. You guys are used to seeing 19 inch arms in shorter bodybuilders with shorter arms

Left arm is absolutely 19 when pumped it’s closer to 18.75 cold

BNP's (Smith) - 5 sets
Front Press (Smith) - 5 sets
Side Laterals (machine) - 5 sets

Rotary Calf / Hand-Gripper SS - 5 sets
Leg Extensions - 5 sets

Steak, Eggs, Protein Drink - Post WO meal, (drink served in a "Feces Nutrition" sippy-cup)!  ::)

4 sets 15-25 machine mid level row
4 sets cable lats 10-20 pull down
3 sets 12-15  cable row
3 sets 15-20 single arm curl machine

Didn't he die at 54? :-\

Anyway - I really enjoyed that video - made me LOL a couple of times - thanks for posting

How accurate do you think those scales are for Bodyfat? I never looked into them so I'm unsure.

They are affected by how much water/fluid you are retaining in your body at the time of weighing.

When I had one I would take a leak and a dump and weigh myself first thing in the AM before even having my much needed coffee.

Not worth it at all,it`s still just a guesstimate....I go by the mirror....if I look like Hell I know I need to get busy.

But I believe it sends an electric current up through the bottom of one leg, and measures time it takes to return through the other and makes an estimation.

Seated Alternate DB Curls - 3 sets - 30-12,30-12,30-10
Wide Grip BB Curls - 3 sets - 65 pounds for 3 X 15

Skullcrushers - 4 sets - 70-20,80-20,95-12,95-12 {very easy but only the 2nd. time I`ve done them since buying an E-Z Curl bar}
Seated One-Arm DB Extensions - 3 sets - 25 pounds alternated right arm to left continuously for the 3 sets going to failure.....{the reps decreased really fast}

Tired as Hell this week.....it took all I had to train the last three days,now for a well deserved day off !!

You should really train biceps before delts as your curls can be hindered after delts.

Not accurate at all.

Go by what you look like. 

Take a pic in good lighting.
