You do nothing remotely difficult whatsoever.
All pumping light bullshit for a few weak sets.
And don`t forget,my strength is returning and I`ll bet I can out lift and out rep you on most any exercise right now and I just started TRT at 100 mgs. per week.....wait until I get on a contest cycle.....you`ll be crying and whining with jealousy once again.
I know what I`m doing.....been doing it before you were a twinkle in your daddys eye.....I`ll train you into the ground and possibly let you carry my gym bag and be my plate monkey.
And this is after a 5 year layoff.....when you compete I will be there if there is one group of Masters competitors to hand you your ass sonny.
Look at you at 225 or so and me 13 years older than you at the time weighing 165 or so.....you`re dwarfing me.............you wannabe !!
