Im 47 - I started at 13. Never a single break in training. Its a matter of needling in on what works best for you. I get fat easily. So I do a lot more volume and calorie burning stuff than maybe someone who is naturally leaner or ecto type should do. Its what works for me right now. Would I do this at 16-18-20 if I were going for strict hypertrophy? No.

Never took time away from it. At 56, its been 44 years now and my passion for training has not subsided a bit.
