I hiked the Grand Canyon from the South Rim to the North Rim. It was about 21.5 miles and the last mile was almost straight up. One of the most difficult things I’ve ever done. If I ever do it again I will do it in the opposite direction.

I had a partial tear in my left bicep 2 weeks ago saving my bad squat I had blood pooling in the arm. So you are correct I have not worked out in 2 weeks. It is the longest break I have had in 2.5 years. I have been riding the stationary recumbent bike for 15 minutes everyday during my lunch break but other than that nada.
