What attempt? It was legal depth and I reracked the bar that is a fucking squat in any powerlifting org

I am not competing in powerlifting. I am competing only against myself. I could not straighten the leg further in this Xray that was as close to straight as the right leg would get due to so called moderate effusion and whatever that loose stuff is floating around within the knee joint. I was on a cane at the time and had been for months. Notice the Dr medical language SEVERE progressive degenerative the MRI sounds worse stage 4 arthritis everywhere and loose body within the joint that ain't good.  So yes all things considering I am happy with a 365lbs squat currently at 45 years old that is a good depth as well. But don't worry it will be lower next time and heavier.

FINDINGS:

Right knee: No acute fracture or malalignment. Postsurgical changes of prior ACL repair with interference screws in the distal femur and proximal tibia. No hardware complications are identified. Progressive tricompartmental degenerative changes within the right knee, most advanced within the lateral compartment (severe). Moderate knee joint effusion. Intra-articular loose body within the posterior joint space.

Left knee: No acute fracture or malalignment. Postsurgical changes of prior ACL repair with interference screws in the distal femur and proximal tibia. No hardware complications are identified. Progressive tricompartmental degenerative changes, most advanced within the lateral compartment (severe). Small knee joint effusion. Small intra-articular loose body within the posterior joint space. Chondrocalcinosis within the posterior knee joint

IMPRESSION:

1. Postsurgical changes of bilateral ACL reconstructions without hardware complications.

3. Intra-articular loose body within the posterior knee joints.
