HA HA....sorry about that.  I can't stand the RPE thing myself.  I do agree, anything that high sucks balls.

My workout earlier this week was :

1rd every 10 mins for 4 rounds.
400m run
30 cal rogue echo bike
400m run

(you rest for whatever time you have left in the 10 mins....in my case....I MAYBE got 2 - 2 1/2 mins rest each round).  That 2nd 400m is like running in water.

Another day it was

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10  Deadlift @275
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Bench @ 185

Got it done in 9:22....fucking brutal.  (so you do 1 dead, then 10 bench, 2 dead, then 9 bench, etc)

Sounds awful.  But I bet you feel great an hour after it's done.

I'm two weeks into the program.  I have not been doing any distance running, so the running days are crushing me.

Sat was run 1.5 miles at max time, meaning RPE 9/10, then waiting 10 minutes and doing it again.

Wed was:
Run 5 min for max distance, wait 2 min, repeat for 3 sets.  Then do three more at max distance in 2 min......running like that sucks because it's hard to pace, you just go and gas, and it feels like shit.

Program description below in case you're interested.  I picked it because the workouts are under 1:15, I felt it was a challenge, I work from home and have a full crossfit box type gym in my basement, and have no excuses.  We'll see if my body can handle the workload, as I find 6x week to be a little much:

Cable flyes 5 sets
Hammer strength flat press 5 sets
Incline db press 5 sets
Dips 5 sets supersetted with

5 sets leg raises 20s

8 sets rotary calf press

Incline hammer strength presses: 4 sets
Flat dumbbell flies: 4 sets

No, but will give a read, thank you.

I go in cycles - I use softlete.com for when I want structure, then I take a break and freestyle, occasionally grabbing a WOD I might see online to mix it up.

I am treading carefully, as I have a slap labrum tear in right should that I have to be careful with.

But no one wants to listen they just want to argue call me a liar claim it is all drugs and I am only 160lbs then they want to talk about my hair. Meanwhile every single one of you would be a jacked shredded Billy fucking badass by now if you took notes instead of arguing. I have tons of knowledge to share but fuck it right why listen to me I am small and weak and only in small weak shape from drugs. Or I have a 40 inch gut or only one arm and I don't know how to train or eat right since I don't do what doesn't work for you so it must be some magic pill that makes me look like shit.  I must be doing it all wrong since what I do doesn't line up with what you heard what you tried and what doesn't work and since I am such a crippled mess. I don't know how to rehab or eat or train or diet or stay fit. I just take magic pills.

Im currently full vascular, my bodyfat is almost where I want it and Im only on 60gms carbs every 24 hours

Calf Raise - 3 X 30

Legs are pumped and shaky......feels great though.

For one, we've not seen what he looks like right now, nevermind how he'll look the day of the show.

However, we have seen what both of you look like onstage.  Jeff was ripped.  You weren't in contest condition, even though you dropped down to the light-heavies.

He lies about all the drugs. He calls them bioidentical peptides or some kind of nonsense to claim it isn't a drug. He shifts definitions as he pleases. I think he started off doing this because he was worried about his court case and now he keeps at it either to troll the board on purpose or because he's just a habitual liar.
