Not True I have tried to explain to you people how to train and eat to be in shape in your 40s year round a million times and every time I start everyone calls me a liar and an idiot who doesnt know what he is talking about. Then you all claim I look like shit anyway. So since you guys know it all and claim I just eat magic pills to look like shit we will stick with that. Magic pills are the only reason you are not in shape like does that make you feel better because that is what you want to hear not hey do something different? I've read your posts, and the math doesn't make sense - tons of calories, bodybuilding style rep schemes, moderate activity, over 40. Followed up by you saying drug intake has no effect.
So given that, your own words, the math doesn't equal super lean. Muscle gain? Sure......decent aerobic shape for activity? Sure. But not the condition you hold.
