Not True I have tried to explain to you people how to train and eat to be in shape in your 40s year round a million times and every time I start everyone calls me a liar and an idiot who doesnt know what he is talking about. Then you all claim I look like shit anyway. So since you guys know it all and claim I just eat magic pills to look like shit we will stick with that. Magic pills are the only reason you are not in shape like does that make you feel better because that is what you want to hear not hey do something different? Would you recommend 500 mgs of test a week for 10 years  as a normal TRT dose?

Should we follow this protocol?

Find the post of me criticizing your physique.....you won't because I never did.  Never criticized anything seriously other than you mislabeling TRT.

I've read your posts, and the math doesn't make sense - tons of calories, bodybuilding style rep schemes, moderate activity, over 40.  Followed up by you saying drug intake has no effect.

So given that, your own words, the math doesn't equal super lean.  Muscle gain?  Sure......decent aerobic shape for activity?  Sure.  But not the condition you hold.

You weigh 190 lbs with drugs and 170 lbs without drugs.

I have veins popping out of my traps right now cold.  You guys not want to hear that it’s not about drastic diets and 5 hour workouts it is about consistency day after day month after month year after year. One you reach a higher FFMI you will need a lot of calories just to maintain it. The same calories that would have made you fat when you started might barely maintain your weight. The body wants to weigh what it wants to weigh you need to change your composition and add muscle to maintain Leanness  you will never get there dieting as your body will just go back to the weight it wants to be with less muscle each Time. If you are a 220lbs slob you need to make yourself 220lbs of muscle not diet down to 180lbs as you can’t just diet forever and will slowly lose muscle and wind up worse in the end. You just want me to tell you take a bunch of crap to gain or lose weight but it doesn’t work that way. If you take a bunch of crap to lose weight you will lost muscle and not maintain the lighter weight. If you take a bunch of crap to gain weight you will be soft. If you want to be lean and large you need a moderate TRT protocol and years of training. There are no magic pulls and shortcuts. Saying everyone else must be on something you are not is just a  self defeating mindset. I am always in shape regardless of my weight or if I am on TRT or not. You need to listen to your body and eat when it tells you to eat and don’t eat when it tells you not to eat. You need to not drink alcohol at all. You need to workou enough that you will be in tune. You also need a moderate amount of exercise too much is no good you will just break down and too little and you will also go nowhere. You need a ton of rest people seem to think you can make gains on no sleep insane. The exercise will change your metabolism your brown fat your insulin sensitivity everything but without knowing where someone is to start you can’t recommend anything is you need different amount of stimulus food and rest based on how much lbm you have to start. When yo have been training longer you have a mind muscle connection and your workouts are more effective you dont just move weight yo flex and squeeze and contract the muscle
