Bhanks eats like shit with no actual diet, just eats whatever he feels like. He trains like a total pussy but somehow manages to constantly tear muscles. He stays on cycle year round, yet hasn't made an discernable changes to his build since he joined the board. I know I'm really excited for all the knowledge he's going to bless us with.
He eats like a zit covered teenager for Christs sake, then writes up a bunch of shit saying that`s what builds muscle.....the guy`s on gear on a constant basis.
Check out his workouts,they`re fucking warmups for most people.
My thoughts are that nothing at all was ever wrong with his legs and that he was an arm nut for years who also did benched and now he`s playing catch up to try to bring up the bodyparts he neglected of halfheartedly trained for years.
