He is the one that is busting out a different variation when we are already discussing squats he is the one making the comparison front squats require more upper body but are not harder on the legs speaking of which I just feel like I am in better shape the day after squatting. Already had 4 plates of food as well appetite is strong

Back when I was powerlifting and going for a max rep squat I would first do free hand squats with no weight,then 135 -15 or so,then 225 for 8....then perhaps a triple, maybe not, with a heavier weight,then all singles until I hit my max...................wh en I did 405 at 160 pounds,I did a lot of sets first like our idol here did....if I stuck to powerlifting I would have done much more......just felt "on" that day and went for the 405 since I had never tried it before.

Forgive him father for this idiot knows not what he does !  LOL  ;D

It’s a good 2 rep squat but it ain’t no atg I went deeper and how is it a warmup he got 2 reps that’s a heavy set warmups means actual reps also he is all geared up not casually warming up

Just shave it off at this point.  Its ok.  No one cares unless you do.  The birds nest look doesnt work.

FRONT SQUAT....MUCH MUCH MORE DIFFICULT.....GEEZUS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11111111

The most I ever front squatted was a hard 275,but back squatted 405.....that`s just me,but that just goes to show you how much harder they are though admittedly I didn`t do them too often because they were uncomfortable and tougher than a bitch when going heavy.

i can find some videos of my back squats but they'll all be over 500lbs. and again i'm not trying to embarass you, i'm just trying to show you i know what i'm talking about. I talk it and i walk it, i only front or back squat at best every 3-4 weeks the rest of it is sleds and zerchers and that style of training allows me to again walk in on any random day and do a much harder version of a movement that hurt you. You can make gains on multiple fronts concurrently(size, strength, mobility and agility)

I haven’t failed a squat yet I squatted 365 and I absolutely hit depth and reracked that’s a squat. Now I am going back down in weight and working on improving form as I slowly go back up. It’s called periodization jackass.

I’m doing okay, thank you for asking. I’m back in the U.S. now and just working a lot.

I hope you’re doing better with your gall bladder ? It is not a huge deal, so don’t hesitate on doing what the Doctors advise, even if it means removal surgery.

I had backed off with my training for a while to rest and recuperate. I was working on my triceps like a maniac doing dips. I have been learning how to play pickleball the past few weeks. It is starting to get cold here and I don’t like it.

Bingo. He's shaking like a leaf and it looked like the weight was going to fold him in half. Meanwhile Residue goes ass to grass on a front squat up and down like a piston. Then here comes the excuses. It never ends
