Had a lipoma the size of a golf ball removed from my right arm pit Monday.  Pretty much a cosmetic thing.  Just don't want my brothers to worry about me.  LOL.  That being said, I cannot really train for 2 weeks.  Going back to my hiatus from the Chinavirus last November, this has easily been the worst training and eating year of my adult life.  I'm fucking miserable.
It only gets worse as we get older.

Its blond so it looks thinner on top due to lighting its not thick but there is no bald spot there is hair there. More importantly back looks pretty good to me

We usually get 12-16 guys - all good dudes nohomo.   

Not enough for me for the type of conditioning I like to do.  Its a side hobby for now.   My bread and butter is other stuff I post.

I’ve been doing “hack squats” instead of deadlifts lately.  I was first referring to them just as “behind-the-knees deadlifts” until learning this is in fact a hack squat.  I have a dodgy hip and regular deadlifts aggravate it but the hacks don’t.

I feel the hacks mostly in my lats/arms/back, more in the quads than a regular deadlift but definitely not a quad-dominant (nh) exercise.  Maybe I’m doing them wrong, but working back with them is my goal so whatever.

I am not trying to have a brutal workout I am on like week 2 after a break slowly I will pick up the pace the next few weeks. Your triceps are being used when you Bench and if you do shoulder or any kind of pressing movement if you did triceps one day chest another and then shoulders you would be hitting triceps 3 days a week which is too much

True, he`s literally becoming a gym savage /warrior/soldier.....right before our very eyes.....we get the unearned,and extremely unworthy privilege of witnessing it as it transpires live....a sight to behold in all it`s unbridled and vicious, though awesome training passion glory.... what with all the added volume and brutally heavy basic skullcrushers,french presses, and mega-heavy close grip benches he`s listed above, I`d say he`s well on the way to becoming the guy who ate him......or a monster......or something like that......you know what I mean.

Based on your missing triceps you may want to hit triceps 3 days a week.
