Its just amazes me I lift like 5 days a week year round if I am not lifting I am doing some kind of cardio based activity year round my entire life. Then these dumbfucks like Abraham come along and say you are just naturally lean like WTF? The secret ingredient is time it's not x many sets or calories or magic pills it's time. When I see professional athletes not in great shape I know they don't actually work out 5 days a week year round. If you are in shape you are vascular and lean with abs. If your not then you are not really in shape it is that simple. Your body composition changes when you are addicted to training and these people are not I can tell the difference. People that are in shape have core development you can see their abs and obliques if you have a soft belly you are not in shape. Also you guys talk about my waist being large your strength comes from your hips your power comes from your hips.

Again I have been an athlete my entire life that is why I am in shape with core development and can notice a physical change after just a few workouts or missing one meal. When you are a slob your body is not going to respond the same way. But saying what I do doesn't work because it won't work the same for you isn't because I just happen to be some kind of mutant or have a digestive issue or naturally higher metabolism or some genetic luck or magic pills it is because what I have done the last 45 years of my life and how I have lived it vs what you have done.

You conveniently leave out you have been on 500 mgs a full blown cycle for over 15 years.

That’s the only reason you are In shape.

If you missed 4 weeks you wouldn’t be more than 175

The tem being "in shape" just doesn`t constitute being lean.....being extremely lean in contest condition does not mean that you can lift heavy,run 5 miles,swim a decent distance,run a half marathon, climb a rock climbing wall,box 12 rounds,etc. etc.

Lots of people who you might think look like shit can run a marathon in good time,do a backflip,box professionally at a high level,lift huge poundagers,be an Oympic swimmer,and yet have no visible abdominal development what so ever.......all these attributes put them in a class that would be called being in shape,just not contest shape for bodybuilding.

Try an Iron Man event or do a decathalon event sometime if you can spare time away from a Chinese take out restaraunt or a sub shop.

I started swim team year round at 3. I have never not been in shape. You think I was on 500mg of Test at 3?

My core is just solid this am when I woke up you can argue I look flat but you can’t argue my core is solid like a rock. This isn’t dieted this is just in the morning before I start eating for the day. And I know you guys will say he is just lean bullshit I am 223lbs in this pic at 511 I am not just lean the arms are absolutely taping 18.5 cold I am in shape with size year round at 45

Your 'core' is lean.  Doesn't mean you have a strong core.  Yes, you are JUST lean.....

There is a strict curl contest at the gym Dec 10th but I am going to be on vacation. I think I might do ok in that event. I would crush a master wrestling tourney but they don't have those

No, the rectus does not constitute your 'core'.  You have ZERO athleticism save for your acrobatics in the water and in the snow.

I spent my mid late 30s kitesurfing in Hawaii it's not a competition thing but it absolutely requires a lot of twisting core strength I would be surfing or kiting or diving maybe 4-5 hours a day you can't get a core like mine with a couple months of training it takes a lifetime.
