Seeing that you consider yourself an elite....here you go:
Standards for strict press:
1) Bar starts on lifters shoulders in a front rack position.  Knees and hips must be in a fully extended position
2) Lifter presses the bar up directly overhead without using any dip in the knees, hips, torso, etc
3) Lift is completed when bar is directly over lifters head with arms fully extended
4) Lifter may not initiate the lift with any bounce or downward movement of any part of their body.
