Regardless, I'm curious: what lead you to this training modality? Its results speak for themselves -- as I said, you're a beast -- but I reckon you didn't start off this way, what with the rucks and relatively unconventional lifting style. Are you ex-military? That would explain a lot about a few of the things you do but, more than anything, account for your sheer discipline. What you daily would've wasted my ass even 25 years ago.
