Regardless, I'm curious: what lead you to this training modality?  Its results speak for themselves -- as I said, you're a beast -- but I reckon you didn't start off this way, what with the rucks and relatively unconventional lifting style.  Are you ex-military?  That would explain a lot about a few of the things you do but, more than anything, account for your sheer discipline.  What you daily would've wasted my ass even 25 years ago.

1 set per 3 minutes.   If you get it done sooner - the rest is the reward.   If not - the penalty is the lack of rest.

For real -

I was a track and field thrower in HS and early college and we did tons explosive work and plyo.   I then got into traditional BB from like 23-35 yo.   I did good with that but got "Fat Strong" in mid thirties.  I was pushing a lot of weight but not in shape at all.   I got up to about 250lbs and was not good at all.  Strong as F - but fat too.  I found a program called RushFit that was based on tabata and HIIT and did that to lose about 50 lbs.   It worked well. 

Then I added in sort of all of the crap i liked from track and field training, the BB stuff, and the tabata/HIIT to what worked for my goals and body type.
