We only did that when training for a power meet....it is a common practice when training for a meet, but of course you wouldn`t know that since you never did a power meet.

It`s to ensure that you go below paralell you imbecile......a placing is on the line....why train heavy and hard for months only to miss a squat for lack of depth......something that YOU DO know as lot about ....LACK OF DEPTH that is.

Truth I would not trade my build for any of the ones you mention and it's not close. You guys want to pretend I am small and out of shape and weak then declare dudes I have 30lbs of lean tissue plus on plus 2 inches on each arm to be in great shape it's fucking nonsense. If Jeff ,MM, myself, and Matt are sitting at a bar guess what I am the one looking jacked not them Jeffs arms are 17 tops if that same with Matt. I am significantly bigger than all of them not a little a fucking order of magnitude a full fucking standard deviation more. They are all going to look small next to me and I am not bloated in my current form I am a lean 225lbs. If someone saw the 4 of us on the beach today I am clearly a different weight class than the rest of them
