You got muscles and are lean but your aesthetics are lousy.
Years ago before your pec and biceps injuries you looked better than now.
Now you are messed up.
You are treading water and slowly drowning from a physique standpoint.
Live with it.
Can't be changed.
Some guys have good aesthetics and some don't.
You don't.
Your physique is unbalanced, you have no lats, your arms are off, legs are scrawny, your head is not proportional to your body, etc.
Nobody's perfect.
You are not even close aesthetically to looking good for bodybuilding competition unless you compete against scrubs.
Live with it.
Get off the drugs and train for health and strength.
