We worked w/ a guy who got a tape-on toupee many years ago. (Like 25+ years ago).
Went from Bald to Johnny Bravo overnight, it was hilarious.

He would be at the gym at lunch-time, where a co-worker friend and I would train each day (Universe Gym).
My buddy taped a note to his back (in the gym) that said "I have hair and the receipt to prove it".

Was there for his whole hour, he found it when he took off his shirt to get dressed for work.
Seeing people walk up to him and read his back (while he was oblivious) and walk away chuckling was pretty funny.
He was a good sport too. Had to be at that place...
