A pair of fat arms,no legs,no pecs,shallow thinly developed abs,we won`t  even go into legs,no lats and a thin back,no real width,one huge delt,one average delt,thin traps,huge glutes,zero symmetry,plus you`re an asshole to top it all off.

Hit a lat spread,back lat spread,or side tricep shot and prove me wrong.  ;D

A double bicep or crab shot is all you hit other than that so called twisting back shot where you look like you`re being electrocuted!  ;D

Best bodyparts = right arm and forearms.........PERIOD!

I no longer do squats,I do front squats and goblet squats at home....if I`m in a gym my main exercise is leg press.....I`m 67 years old and don`t feel the need to do them anymore as my goals are very different these days.

BUT.....here`s some of the best that I`ve done:

At around 125-130 pounds (I competed in powerlifting at 132 pounds in the early 1970`s)....I did 225 for 20

   That's crazy power. I see big guys at 250lbs plus struggling to do 20 rep breathing squats with 225. At some point the legs lock up.

There is a half inch difference that isn’t 2 inches everyone has a half inch difference. Post workout the average of the two arms is over 19. You guys say I don’t make gains I show 2019 and I am a lot bigger but that is not really fair as I lost a lot of size that year due to injury and not training. This is a better comparison this picture is from Dec 20th 2015 when I was training rather seriously and living in Maui. i visited BJ gym in Hilo and trained with my buddy who was a trainer there. I was 38 years old and would have considered that the best I had been since 25. I bench pressed 365lbs around that time.  The guy next to me competed in master nationals that summer as a super heavy. My arms actually look better now.

And not a single leg was trained that day.

Jesus man I had a jacket  it yeah I am a big guys with a fast metabolism I am not comfortable in a long sleeve shirt inside in the heat in the winter so I have to take my jacket off and it was a 5 hour party so yeah I wanted to be comfortable and wore a polo

Thanks bud.....those days are over....I`m looking to be lean and as fit as possible though I  have a few health concerns.

I may still do the Masters Nats but not this year.

I still have a couple of contests left in me and have a good gear connect.

So one key to my recent gains is the eggs. I have been eating free range eggs. We added two more to the flock today. Apparently these two will be kept inside the next few days due to the cold before joining the rest. I honestly do believe the eggs I get from my chickens are healthier than the store we feed them really well. The kids named these cinnamon and sugar

Why whatever I bench won’t be enough you guys will talk shut so I will bench more and that could lead to another pec tear which I am simply not going to risk for anything the tendon is still attached and I plan to keep it that way
