I actually did one set of skull crushers with the ez Bar but my left shoulder was making all kinds of grinding and popping noises so I stopped after one set as it wasn't stable

I have highlighted the important truth here. I could explain I was training hard then got sick and leaned out then took a week off got better and now added some weight back. I could explain I always look good but lighting matters and I am not a professional photographer or how this is post workout not waking up. I could also tell you how I have made significant changes to my training. But you just want to assume it is a chemical change so fine I have taken 400mg of test in the last 7 days after taking two weeks off. I have taken nothing else. Since that is all you think matters. If you think I am on multi grams plus everything else even better that means the training and philosophical strategic changes I have made to training and weight are working and would probably work for anyone. But I will not enlighten you just take 400mgs of test and say 3 hail marys since you think that is all that matters

I have diarrhea if you must know I am dehydrated not bloated and my weight hasn't changed that much. My philosophy this year has I am chasing strength not weight. I am improving at the same weight I am just going to let the body do what it does weight wise if I can lift more I know I am making gains regardless of the scale. I really want to be around 223-228 anyway as 220 is the weight class for the curl and 225 is the weight class for bodybuilding. I want to walk around as lean as possible at my current weight range and just be the best 225lb I can be. I am going to work on bringing things up but not necessarily my weight.
