I follow a similar routine, Im packing on size at the moment just on TRT
I will be upping the dose in a couple of weeks and eating a lot of calorie dense foods and drinks

I’m going to skateboard board to the gym moving forward.

Anyway the secret is in the title of the thread it has been there hiding in plain sight the entire time that is what I learned again.  The body can take more twice a week can be done. The key is to cycle which body part you train twice a week this training structure will allow you to focus and bring up lagging body parts quickly while doing everybody part twice a week would be too much concentrating on one for a few weeks then deload that muscle group only while loading another is the way. The truth the key the secret cycle your training take 8 weeks and work twice a week on legs then 8 weeks twice a week on arms and once a week on legs switch which body part has the intensity and focus while maintaining others for optimal proficient growth. Write that down

2, always take your self ring

Questions for my gym bros

In the 15 minute anabolic window what is more appropriate

1) 1/3 of a peach cobbler
2) 12oz gatorade with powdered doughnuts
3) scallop wrapped bacon with 2 cokes and brownies

Need to make sure my nutrition is on point.

It was 71kilos or 156.5 and it was my first meet I will get more next time. I made my 3rd and heaviest attempt. A 170 is considered an elite lift for my weight class I will get there soon enough

Honestly and I am not joking in anyway all would be best if you understand why you might actually make some gains the sugar spikes your insulin it’s a delivery system that increase the speed of food processing and gets that protein and carbs back into the muscle faster stop thinking of sugar as empty calories and start thinking of it as an insulin spike

The soda will give the initial spike to clear the blood stream of nutrients and the digesting donuts and pie crust will give a secondary spike to process the bacon and scallops it’s a good plan

He looks even worse than I thought as I look closer at that pic something is wrong with his legs and talk about imbalance his one side is atrophied bad too and bottom but what happened to his chest is a tragedy even with a tear mine looks better he has two major tears and tits total disaster. His arms are still big the rest is bad not good at all he wears a shirt in the beach for fuck sake
